"Service was prompt and generally good. Clean-up afterward was not great (quite
a few roofing nails left in places like the driveway) but was adequate. However,
had follow up questions regarding a few aspects of the job that appeared to be
unfinished. After discussing these items with the contractor, I was assured that
I would get a response in a few days, but no one ever called back or came to
inspect the items."

"I started out knowing I needed gutters, but when Chris came over I asked him to
go up on the roof with me to check it out as I had some concerns about it. I
ended up having the roof replaced also as some of the roof decking was rotted as
I suspected. The job is well done and I would hire them again. The 2 other
contracters referred to me did not work out, one never showed up, the other
wanted to sell me a massive covered gutter system that I did not want or need."

"They were quick to respond to the request sent through Service Magic. I had an
appointment for the next day to eVa.luate and develop a price quote. An initial
quote was given over the phone for a ballpark estimate. They were very honest in
their eVa.luation and even advised me that the gutter covers that I currently had
were of high quality and the only problem I had was that they were not properly
installed. They offered a possible enhancement for consideration if a plain
gutter cleaning (and putting the gutter covers on properly) did not fix the
problem. Their price was reasonable. They completed work within 2 days of
request."
